Ericsson Hungary is looking for MINI-LINK Verification Engineer intern.

 

Microwave Unit within Ericsson Hungary R&D is looking for students to support the verification of the MINI-LINK node. MINI-LINK is a well-known trademark of Ericsson’s microwave transport solution within the radio system with more than 3 million sold units. MINI-LINK is a scalable, flexible, modular and robust microwave transmission system used primarily in mobile networks, supporting both Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and Ethernet traffic.

 

As a Verification Engineer intern you will:

  • Learn about MINI-LINK product, understand features and network concepts
  • Verify both legacy and new MINI-LINK features
  • Troubleshoot faults in your own test environment built from real hardware
  • Support development teams in fault finding and correction
  • Use test instruments to load your test network with traffic

 

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university
  • Understanding of testing concepts and methodologies
  • Knowledge of network protocols / technologies
  • Linux user experience
