Enterprise Process Management

 

Enterprise Process Management build, implement, operate and maintain a Global process management function for the Ericsson Group in close cooperation with; DTO (Digital Transformation Office) , Functional Area owners as well as acting as the interface towards IS/IT in ordering development and changes in the IS/IT landscape.

 

Detailed Summary

 

The purpose of the unit is to analyze and suggest priorities on new and existing requirements from the business based on deep end to end understanding of our business.  This responsibility includes Process Governance and Architecture, Process Management, Process Mining, creating structure for a Process Repository, etc. Furthermore, the unit facilitates uniformity and consistency between value flows, processes, and process components. Secure adherence to process framework and release management. Contributes to efficient and well controlled value creation. Included in the responsibility is also to establish and evolve our capability map for selected business models and give Process Council and management visibility of the capabilities needed to support the business flows. 

 

Job Summary

 

To design, launch, document, maintain, control, support and improve processes and information in order to secure efficient operations and information flow - delivering superior stakeholder and customer value and experience. This covers all type of processes, information and related interfaces, i.e. E2E, main- sub-processes including securing efficient handling of the interfaces towards other processes and information.

As the iideal candidate for the role, you will work closely with counterpart in DTO, BA, MA and Functional areas as well as IT to turn business needs into process models.
