As a part of establishing new manufacturing operations in the United States,  Ericsson is now looking for a Layout Designer. 

 

 

We are looking for Layout Designer to develop, implement and maintain factory layout by ensuring ergonomics and safety on production area 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive and Coordinate factory layout changes 
  • Create and update drawings for production, warehouse and office area 
  • Develop and update the layout procedure and database 
  • Support and educate relevant specialists to create layout drawings
  • Participate in NPI, TPI and Maintenance projects  

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering science or equivalent work experience
  • Production process knowledge 
  • AutoCAD competence 
  • Experience in 3D Modelling and Simulation tools 
  • Cooperation and communication skills 
  • Team working skills 

 

 

 

 Additional Requirements: Initially this position requires extensive overseas traveling
