Ericsson is seeking to hire two Digital Content Producers.

Ericsson’s strategic intent with the IoT business is to become a leader in IoT connectivity and platforms, and to secure new profitable growth for our CSP customers and Ericsson. IoT is also a key success factor for 5G. IoT is an Acceleration Operating unit within Business Area Technologies and New Businesses and serves as an incubation zone within which potentially disruptive technologies are developed with the ambition of becoming a transformative and profitable future business in Ericsson.

 

Reporting to the IoT Head of CSP Service Adaption, the Digital Content Producer is responsible, in collaboration with IoT Service SMEs and IoT Training Instructor, for Producing digital training material

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

  • Populate the Ericsson IoT Training & Certification framework with content
  • Create and maintain the actual content
  • Work closely with instructors, product management and subject matter experts to improve the content
  • Work closely in Engineering team to create new content as new features are built and released to the market.

 

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience with digital training tools and platforms
  • FinalCut / ProTools or similar qualifications
  • Ideally instructor background 
  • Skill to produce professional training material, both ILT and WBL
  • Skill to produce video tutorials

 

Language:

Native or fluent English speaker, 1 or 2 additional languages preferred (one member to be Chinese)
