Order and Delivery Management

Job Summary:

We are now looking for an Order & Delivery Management resource to execute, manage and deliver orders according to contractual requirements for all equipements produced in US factory.

The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for new deliveries and also follow-up phases of delivery and return flows. Will handle internal escalations and customers prioritization and control order flows.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • You will manage contract delivery fulfilment
  • Perform order fulfilment
  • Perform supply operation improvement work
  • Control orders flows (orders are created - to be delivered to customers)
  • Provide delivery dates to internal customers.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: degree in Business Administration or relevant area is preferred
  • 2 Min years of experience in order mgmt,
  • Knowledge in Logistics
  • Product management and market operations experience
  • Communication skills
  • System application knowledge (SAP, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ericsson Business Processes Knowledge
  • Ability to achieve challenging targets, strong personal drive and social skills.
