Global Customer Support Engineer - Microwave

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Customer Support to Transport products (Microwave, Router and Optical products). Your role will include all customer support activities such as: CSR Handling, Product Introduction, Technical Trial etc. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

Responsibilities:

  • Microwave nodes (Minilink-TN, Minilink-6600) customer support
  • Router nodes (Ericsson and Major 3PP router product) customer support
  • Perform Microwave and Router product introduction activity
  • Perform Microwave and router network migration activity
  • Internal/external technical workshop

Key Qualifications:

  • +5 years transport and IP network customer support or project delivery experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skill for Microwave products and network level
  • Rich hands-on experience of Microwave product and IP router
  • Depth Microwave and IP network knowledge
  • Excellent customer management and communication skill
  • English can be working language on a daily basis

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • I&V experience in Microwave and IP products
  • Ericsson ETCP IP professional or equivalent certification (CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP/JNCIE)
