Product Change Leader
We are now looking for a Product Change Leader to ensure that revision changes and product substitutions are performed effectively in our manufacturing plant. The PCL executes product substitutions in production and minimizes excess material and manages changes in all supporting ordering and production systems. The PCL works inside of product-related assignments run in the production site through the Project Management Office.
Your main tasks:
Interface between Product Development and US Production plant, other Ericsson plants, and EMS partners regarding product changes
Planning and coordination of product phase-in, phase-out, and substitutions
Product changes communication and coordination through the organization
Product data enabling and maintenance role in product related projects
Authorized requestor for product structures set-up and maintenance in SAP (ONE)
Relevant experience from Production, Technology, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics etc
Understanding of ERP systems, material flow, product structures, and revision control
Good business and financial understanding
Higher education that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with specific applications (SAP; PRIM; ESTER; Eliza; CON) is a plus
Willingness to acquire new knowledge
Social and communicative
- Significant international travel will be required during the first year on the job
