Manager of Project Management Office
We are now looking for a Line Manager Supply to lead the PMO in our US Production site. You must create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Industrialization of products into our Supply Chain. This is done by developing the Supply Strategy bringing the Supply Strategy into execution with operational efficiency.
— Develop the project business and processes within the US Production site
— Project assignment review and execution of product-related projects
— Responsible for assessing site capability for projects
— Financial follow-up and actions for Project business
— Drive excellent ways of working for a project driven organization
— Ensure a healthy and collaborative network with Key stakeholders within Supply and PDU
— Create a healthy team culture of happy and productive people who understand the strategy and execute quickly
— Engage in your team and help them grow. Enable your team to deliver like clockwork with increasing quality
— Constantly seek for opportunities to increase efficiency and time to volume, harmonize WoW with other teams
— Ensure and develop competences constantly
- Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired,
- Min 5 years of experience in projects
- Experience with product development and Industrialization of products in a large factory
- Experience transferring products between production sites
- Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
- Managerial skills
- Proven leadership behavior
- Interest and desire to lead people
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Ability and willingness to work in a challenging and constantly changing environment
