Supply Chain Planner

Position Summary:

Establish efficient Supply Chain management to improve delivery precision and cost avoidance.
Settle guideline for global production plan and supply plan from supply chain capability, capacity, flexibility, priority, allocation perspective.
Work upon full lead responsibility towards platform and product level for overall global supply chain management. Enhance professionalism in global supply chain management, by leveraging experience, resources and competence

 
Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Develop supply chain with structured process and drive implementation in cross functional team.
• Global supply chain management with strong driving skills and tactical dimension centrally.
• Planning Principles & Methodology
• Operate Collaborative Planning
• Drive overview of global capacity and site dimension responsible
• Supply chain tactical dimension with all factories globally
• Create and communicate supply chain plans globally and drive implementation
• Dimension buffer levels in flexibility model end to end
• Drive Global Pre-TDM and TDM
• Business planning for long term strategy with deployment
• Responsible for investment forecast
• Contribute to Supply chain design and development
• Drive change management with process and documentation
• Performance & Improvement Management for operations
• Leading implementation of strategy and process globally
• Global dashboard and process and strategy development contribution

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience.
• Experience from supply and global logistics
• Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis
• Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
• Good communication skill
• Adapt to change
