Job Summary:


Central Administration Services (CAS) is looking for a new member in the Global Programs Administration team. The role is responsible for financial administrative activities for Learning and Development (L&D) and Sales training programs and Chargeback reporting and financial files collection for Global Programs globally managed for Group Function Human Resources for Ericsson Globally. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes.

Based on the volume of new services within CAS centralized, we are looking for a person that can be able to easily get involved (even only temporary) in other streamlines of work. Presence in the same location with the rest of the CAS group is essential to secure the proper services level and business continuity.


  • Perform monthly reporting of program performance, actual and year end forecast
  • Budget controlling
  • Secure that Sourcing agreements are followed
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Handle change management
  • Manage escalations
  • Drive efficiencies and support simplification initiatives
  • Secure and drive process adherence when new directives are communicated
  • Purchase to pay activities for L&D and Sales
  • Monitor business value creation opportunities
  • Adhere to the ways of working shared across Local Administration Services
  • Perform temporary admin services for requests in pipe coming from the business

Key Qualifications: 

  • Education:  Graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Few years of administrative experience 
  • Writing and reporting, Working with people, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Planning and organizing, Creating and innovating
  • Proven skills in a service oriented environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Excel knowledge (VBA basic)
