Business Analyst CRM

 

Job summary:
As a Business Analyst you will be part of the agile team that drives the continuous development of the Ericsson customer relationship management process and Salesforce CRM system. Your role will be to analyze current ways-of-working and based on external best-practices and interaction with the Ericsson sales teams define improvements to both the process and business requirements on updates to the Salesforce platform.


The ideal Business Analyst has deep business and sales understanding and experience from large-scale and cross-functional organizations. The Business Analyst drives dialogues with different stakeholders and has the analytical skills to understand business needs and ability to summarize different alternatives and drive the dialogues to final decisions and to document the final requirements.


The team applies agile methodologies and has a continuous strive to understand the dynamics and needs of sales teams with a passion to deliver value to the sales teams.


The ideal Business Analyst has a combination of business knowledge, process experience, methodology skills, relevant IT skills and a winning personality that supports communication and business change management.
 
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business process and functional design for the Sales organization
• Work closely with sales teams and the global CRM product owner to turn input from end-users to best-practice ways of working
• Secure the continues implementation of industry best-practices and stay up-to-date with new Salesforce capabilities to assess their benefits and make recommendations
• Translate the identified business needs to business requirements/user stories for development by the IT team
• Manage small project teams and work efforts within the organization to deliver conclusions and decisions

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum BSc degree or MSc or equivalent
• +5 years of relevant ICT experience
• Previous experience working with process design and Salesforce or similar CRM business requirements
• Proven experience from working with end-users to develop relevant and valuable user stories
• Knowledge of software development processes in agile and iterative development environments.
• Understanding of key CRM business architecture concepts
• Analytical mindset and leadership skills
• Proven Project Management experience
