We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to provide professional legal services regarding contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution
You will draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents. Provide legal advice, particularly within the field of corporate governance, OHS matters, compliance and board matters. Drive defined areas of expertise or projects within legal digitalization and IOT-strategy as well as ecology. Support with general compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and directives, including trade compliance. You will be responsible to provide legal training on how to identify and manage legal risks and the governance of the company as well as compliance with local regulations. Drive dispute resolution as needed from time to time with the support of external counsel.

Education: Master of Law.
Min years of experience: 10
Language: Fluent in English and Russian.
Business Competence: High interest, good knowledge and understanding of multi-national companies and the IT/Telecom Industry. Good presentation, education, communication, drafting and negotiation skills. You will need to know Local laws and regulations as well as have international business law knowledge, sound knowledge of IPR commercialization and protection knowledge as well as trade compliance knowledge and an understanding of the international arena.
