Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Head of Sales Support for Service Area Managed Services IT & ADM. ICT is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate. Responsibilities:

  •  Overall responsible for SA Sales Support towards the Market Areas (MA)
  •  In close collaboration with MA Domain, work with KAM community to grow the business.
  •  Work with MA’s to identify new opportunities and build funnel
  •  Provide superior support to win Key Deals, through successful orchestration of across SA resources and engagement planning
  •  Ensure profitable growth by balancing topline and margin requirements

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
  • Min years of experience: 12 years
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  • Knowledge of the sales process
  • Customer and market insight
  • Excellent Social and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and skills
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Adhering to principles and values
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
