We are helping a major multimedia service provider start their 5G journey. Do you have experience selling or leading a sales team responsible for RAN, Access, or Core Network solutions? Do you have experience building and maintaining relationships with operators? As a Sales Director, you will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development. You will lead efforts and collaboration - both internal and external - in order to actively contribute to making our customer's vision successful. This position is based Reston VA.

Your typical responsibilities include
- Maximize customer relationship & build loyalty
- Sales opportunity creation
- Generate profitable sales
- Secure seamless transition to operations
- Lead the core team including solutions and project operations
- Work with customers and team on business models and commercial terms
- Drive all business development & sales activities for a specific part of the RAN and Wireless Core portfolio
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of sales experience or working directly with customers including experience of closing sales deals
- 10 years of experience in Telecommunications
- 5+ years of selling RAN and Wireless Core technologies and Associated Professional Services
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
