Our Opportunity

We are helping a major multimedia service provider start their 5G journey. Do you have experience selling or leading a sales team responsible for RAN, Access, or Core Network solutions? Do you have experience building and maintaining relationships with operators? As a Sales Director, you will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development. You will lead efforts and collaboration - both internal and external - in order to actively contribute to making our customer's vision successful. This position is based Reston VA.

 

  • You will join a team with established relationships at a nationwide multimedia service provider

  • Have access to our commercially ready 5G RAN portfolio

 

Your typical responsibilities include

  • Maximize customer relationship & build loyalty
  • Sales opportunity creation
  • Generate profitable sales
  • Secure seamless transition to operations
  • Lead the core team including solutions and project operations
  • Work with customers and team on business models and commercial terms
  • Drive all business development & sales activities for a specific part of the RAN and Wireless Core portfolio

 

You have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of sales experience or working directly with customers including experience of closing sales deals
  • 10 years of experience in Telecommunications
  • 5+ years of selling RAN and Wireless Core technologies and Associated Professional Services
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
