Indirect Purchasing Department is looking  for a

 

Strategic Sourcing Manager

 

Indirect Purchasing Department is an equipment and services procurement unit inside Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn. We have local and regional responsibility of supplying indirect equipment and services within Ericsson sites in Estonia and Sweden.

 

Your primary responsibilities:

 

  • Indirect Sourcing and Strategy development and alignment with Global and Regional directives
  • Supplier management, risk analysis and selection process
  • Contract management and negotiations
  • Collaborate with suppliers
  • Collaborate with local and stakeholders
  • Drive cost reduction in Indirect products and services procurement

 

Required skills:

 

  • University degree in supply chain or business administration or relevant experience from the field of Sourcing, Supply Planning or Procurement
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office and ERP applications
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian, Russian is a plus
  • Strong personal drive and excellent networking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
  • Skills in mitigation and elimination of risks
  • Natural team player with drive and positive attitude
  • The ability to switch between holistic view and the detailed view of business
