- Advise senior leaders on options for business-critical improvements and investments
- Assess, prioritize, and lead our largest change and transformation projects in the North American market
- Assess business flow challenges and roadblocks, not only recommending a strategy but leading the change execution
- Work with a diverse team of professionals including computer scientists, software engineers, program managers, and business leaders
- A passion for embracing, leading, and driving positive change
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience
- Experience in leading transformative change projects
- A firm understanding of and ability to effectively navigate the complexities and challenges associated with change management
- Demonstrated skill in complex project organizations including developing clear, quantifiable project objectives

- Six Sigma certification
- Master’s degree in an engineering or business discipline
- Design Thinking certification or related experience
- Agile certification or related experience
