Job Description:

 

You Will:

  • Advise senior leaders on options for business-critical improvements and investments
  • Assess, prioritize, and lead our largest change and transformation projects in the North American market
  • Assess business flow challenges and roadblocks, not only recommending a strategy but leading the change execution
  • Work with a diverse team of professionals including computer scientists, software engineers, program managers, and business leaders

 

You have:

  • A passion for embracing, leading, and driving positive change
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience
  • Experience in leading transformative change projects
  • A firm understanding of and ability to effectively navigate the complexities and challenges associated with change management
  • Demonstrated skill in complex project organizations including developing clear, quantifiable project objectives

 

Desired Skill:

 

You might also have:

  • Six Sigma certification
  • Master’s degree in an engineering or business discipline
  • Design Thinking certification or related experience
  • Agile certification or related experience
