Job Summary:

The Head of Real Estate Performance Excellence, Hub Europe has the responsibility to drive the Performance Excellence scope in Hub Europe related to; Real Estate Strategy deployment, Key KPI/Target follow-up, Operational Development, Business Intelligence, Competence Development and Resource Planning. Reporting into the Head of Real Estate, Hub Europe, this role is responsible for specific development initiatives related to Operational Development (e.g., process development) and Business Intelligence for the Real Estate organization. The Real Estate Performance Excellence Manager in Hub Europe will work closely with the members of the central Performance Excellence team in Stockholm and the peers in the other four Hubs. The position is based in Reading, UK.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive RE strategy embedment and development of the Hub Europe strategy execution plan incl. execution follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for Operational Development
  • Drive & follow-up selected Operational Development initiatives
  • Contribute in annual RE Business Intelligence strategy development
  • Drive selected RE Business Intelligence strategy execution initiatives across Hub Europe
  • Identify gaps & drive activities to improve data quality.
  • Ensure tableau data integrity for Hub Europe and work directly with the team to improve understanding and utilization of the reporting capabilities.
  • Act as Hub Europe super-user for tableau and other selected tools.
  • Highlight trends and anomalies along with probable causes for variances.
  • Pro-actively contribute to Hub Europe with insights/material for stakeholder dialogues and RE performance follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Hub Europe LT to drive development of selected competence initiatives & training material needs in the Hub. Collaborate with PE counterparts in GRE to ensure alignment.




  • University degree in Business, Finance, IT or other related
  • More than three years of related experience in management consulting, business excellence, business finance, performance management, data mining/analytics, process development, or similar line of work
  • Real Estate experience is an advantage
