We are looking for a Improvement & Performance Management Specialist to align, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, support and improve processes / process components in order to secure efficient operations and process flow while deliver excellent stakeholder and customer value and experience. The purpose is also to actively participate in a structured governance for process management.
- Collect and align business requirements
- Prioritize and handle improvement requirements
- Design and improve process and components including automation and Robotic Process Automation
- Analyze metrics and processes
- Evaluate processes utilizing data mining
- Deliver Change Management trainings
- Support Improvement Portfolio Management
- Collaborate locally and globally for a common Improvement Management Process
- Support definition / maintenance of Improvement Management Process list of requirements, templates & brand
- Enable and secure right competence within the improvement management community
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, Business Intelligence tools
- Inventing and innovating
- Exceptional communication skills, especially visualization, presentation and communicating information
- Relating and networking
- Interest in Change and Improvement Management (Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma)
- Applying expertise and technology
- Leading and supervising teams or virtual teams
