Job Description:

 

We are looking for a Improvement & Performance Management Specialist to align, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, support and improve processes / process components in order to secure efficient operations and process flow while deliver excellent stakeholder and customer value and experience. The purpose is also to actively participate in a structured governance for process management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collect and align business requirements
  • Prioritize and handle improvement requirements
  • Design and improve process and components including automation and Robotic Process Automation
  • Analyze metrics and processes
  • Evaluate processes utilizing data mining
  • Deliver Change Management trainings
  • Support Improvement Portfolio Management
  • Collaborate locally and globally for a common Improvement Management Process
  • Support definition / maintenance of Improvement Management Process list of requirements, templates & brand
  • Enable and secure right competence within the improvement management community

 

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, Business Intelligence tools
  • Inventing and innovating
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially visualization, presentation and communicating information
  • Relating and networking
  • Interest in Change and Improvement Management (Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Applying expertise and technology
  • Leading and supervising teams or virtual teams
