At Product Integration and Release sector of 4G & 5G RAN R&D, our responsibility is to ensure that the quality and functionality of the LTE and 5G RAN exceed customer’s expectations. Our verification activities use the latest test techniques and processes to ensure product quality and will secure a successful market introduction. We execute in a customer like environment. At Stability Verification, our daily work involves test analysis, preparing test scenarios, performing tests, evaluating KPIs and troubleshooting faults. The Stability testing is performed in a customer like environment (real RBS, OSS, EPC and IMS) with BAT (background traffic and activity). As OPO (Operational Product Owner) of Stability Verification, you will lead a global team with great people from Sweden, China and Canada, doing Stability verification of our 4G and 5G RAN product. You are in charge of making and following the plan of Stability test, interact on the same level with Main TC and RA programs, proactive making future proof cluster architecture and is the locomotive of the Stability community.
The Key Qualifications
This position is a perfect match if you are looking to play an active and important role in the development of the LTE and 5G radio access network, making a clear impact on the current LTE business as well as the first to market of the band new 5G RAN. Some of the key qualifications to be successful in this role are:
- 5+ years of experience in system testing, preferably from Radio networks;
- A true “5C” mindset - Care, Commit, Contribute, Communicate, and Collaborate;
- Ability to keep things simple with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Positive attitude and capacity to lead teams by engaging and inspiring others;
- Capacity to seek requirement, direction, and methodology yourself;
- You thrive in a team where everyone’s opinion is valued;
- You’re known for your time management skills and you are proficient in working on time boxed tasks;
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
