Operational Product Owner

The purpose of the Portfolio Manager job role is to handle an overall product portfolio, no single products. Including strategy, positioning and business development for the in-house developed products as well as third party products to secure a profitable portfolio. You will have a span over global and regional or local level.
- You will be responsible to drive competence and business readiness
- Handle requirements and assignments
- Secure and optimize End to End feature development flow based on Lean/Agile principle.
- Overall control program KPI status of feature flow.
- Plan and control program budget.
- Support your SCRUM teams to identify and remove feature development impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement of feature development flow.
- Facilitate external interfaces and dependencies.
- Report overall status to program manager/ project manager.
- A university degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of RD project management experience.
- Strong project management competence and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and quick self-learning.
- Technical background in GSM BTS, WCDMA RBS or LTE eNodeB software is prefered.
- Interest or experienced in Lean/Agile.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Extensive knowledge of business and product management
