Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible in managing invoices so that it is processed and paid on time. Process with high quality and according to Ericsson’s Invoice to Payment process and approved legal requirements. Since the role affects the financial system, part of it is also managing open items in the Accounts Payable ledger to ensure that the financial data framework is correct and performing month end closing activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or any Accounting related course
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Sourcing or SAP is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule 6PM -  3AM
  • Amenable to work in Upper Mckinely Hill, Taguig
