REFM Portfolio Manager- Workplace expertise
We are now looking for a Portfolio Manager to support the East Asia & Oceania Hub Operational teams. Role will report into the Head of Real Estate East Asia & Oceania, based in Hong Kong.
Ideal candidate would be a high performing individual with c. 5+ years’ experience working with corporate occupiers looking to take on an inhouse role. Candidate needs to demonstrate driven attitude, quality of output, and ability to interface with senior business stakeholders. Technical understanding of portfolio and transaction management is critical, and responsiveness to customer requirement. Competency in lease administration tools is a strong benefit.
Portfolio Management- accountable for coordination and management of EAO lease portfolio including analytics, assessment of opportunities. Important to demonstrate an ability to mine opportunities to refine portfolio performance in accordance to internal RE KPIS and benchmarks including cost & utilization metrics.
Overall oversight of portfolio transaction activity in response to critical lease events in accordance to internal processes.
Where required, support operational teams with lease negotiation strategies & delivery, and set up of portfolio projects.
Portfolio Administration- coordinator of Ericsson lease administration, processes & management tool. Responsible for coordinating & uploading of all new lease related documentation for EAO hub, providing of reports, working with Ericsson third party providers.
Management of data quality across various sources including inhouse lease administration system
Accountable for coordinating operational and Global Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Expertise Area teams to complete internal Financial Assessment reports, supporting IFRS reporting, internal query resolution
Where required, coordinating with external third parties in support of portfolio transaction projects
Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of related experience in corporate real estate and / or RE service provider, Real estate knowledge, negotiations, leases and contracts, RE processes
Proven business and financial acumen. Good analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communications skills; ability to produce content & convey messages clearly.
Fluent Language skills in English both oral and written
Delivering results and managing customer expectations including internal stakeholders
