Customer 5G Trainer

Join our Global Customer Learning unit to drive Ericsson technology learning and support positive customer relationships via teaching.
This job provides a great chance to work as a Customer 5G Trainer in our multinational team in Mexico City, with high visibility and significant customer impact. The successful candidate is already an experienced technical trainer or experienced engineer who would like to shift career towards technology teaching.
In this role, you will deliver structured instructor led trainings to our customers and partners technical professionals to strengthen their Ericsson technology competence. In this role you will have an opportunity to combine your enthusiasm for technology with a passion for teaching others.

Transfer your fresh competence to a number of our customers located not only in Mexico but also in a whole range of countries where the latest telecom technology is high on the agenda. You would be the person who will take them to next competence level.

We expect you do:
Have a desire for teaching.
Have excellent communication skills.
Proven technology training experience.
Able to travel globally.
Have a recent degree in Pedagogics and Engineering or similar.
Have a combination of advanced technical and pedagogic skills.
Have at least 2 years work experience, or equivalent.
Be willing to take on new challenges.
Good English verbal and writing Skills.
Desire to learn new technologies and develop cross-domain competence and trainings.
Proven teaching skills, both face2face to the students and virtually with remote students.
