Manager 5G SW

We are now looking for a SW Manager to join our team!
Our focus is to secure Ericsson technology leadership in next generation for 4G/5G Mobile Networks and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Manager in our SW Development unit you will be responsible for 3 cross functional teams. You will coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture. You will be part of the sector leadership team and cooperate with colleagues in Sweden and our sites in Poland and China.
- You will be expected to drive technology and product leadership
- Building and developing 3 cross functional SW teams
- Flow optimization
- Innovation and improvements
- Knowledge sharing and learning
- Education: BsC/MsC in SW engineering or similar
- Min years of experience: 5 in leader role
- Domain experience in Mobile Networks, especially Radio Access is a plus
- Experience in SW development principles
- Strong and proven ability to co-operate well
- Coaching & Mentoring Skills
- Formulating and communicating strategies and concepts
