Are you an experienced talent acquisition leader, immediately available (Jan 2019), and looking to join a Global team where you can help to build a leading Talent Acquisition function?
We are looking for an experienced TA expert withexperience working with RPO to join us on a 9-12month contract to cover parental leave.
What you will be doing:
The primary responsibility for this position will be managing the our global RPO strategy and contract delivery – you will be solutioning for challenges, maintaining relationships, and ensuring contract governance and delivery needs are met.
You’ll be working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those to talent acquisition strategies, then ensuring end-to-end coordination for those strategies within the RPO delivery model.
In collaboration with the wider HR community you will work to ensure TA strategic activities are aligned with wider Ericsson talent philosophies.
You will work closely with key external outsource partners, and other recruiting suppliers.

Skills and Competencies
You’re an effective relationship builder and will be experienced in working with and coordinating; TA leaders, Global Shared Services teams, colleagues and outsourced partners.
You should have extensive change management experience and an ability to engage with people at all levels of the business.
You will need be adept at influencing, presenting, and team work, with the ability to delve into detail and be hands on when needed.
You should have a consultative approach and be a strategic thinker, allowing you to make easy the complexities of global recruiting.
Your core attributes should include; Strong communication skills, positive team worker, innovative thinking, open for driving change, a thought leader.
- Extensive experience with global or international level RPO solutions. Experience building and running complex RPO solutions is essential
- Previous Recruitment delivery experience would be beneficial.
- Good business acumen and clear understanding of how to map talent strategy onto the business strategy, ideally from working in house
- Experience working with Change management in projects
