Our opportunity:

The Global Customer Unit Emerging Business Partner Manager is an exciting opportunity to work within a world class partner program, accelerating and scaling adoption of Ericsson’s Emerging Technology portfolio in new ecosystems. GCU EB provides is a new growth engine within Ericsson to partner with new customers, taking ideas from Ideation to Incubation through Ignition. We are driving adoption of exciting new opportunities like IoT driven Smart Manufacturing, Connected Cars & Infrastructure, Smart Cities, AR/VR, Network Virtualization, and more.

The primary responsibility of the GCU EB Partner Manager is to create value for Ericsson through partners by proactively identifying areas of interest for partnerships, establishing, executing and nourishing partnerships, focusing on achieving the objectives identified for the partnerships. The Partner Manager will partner with Emerging Technology Leaders across the business to help them scale access to markets, as well as identify and onboard industry leaders in Ericsson’s Systems Integrator and Channel Partner ecosystem, with a focus on supporting Web Player and Industrial adoption of Ericsson technology. The Partner Manager represents Ericsson with professionalism, unity and integrity as the main interface for the partner.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing Partner relationships to drive Net Sales in support of the Global Customer Unit Emerging Business Opportunities focused on Web Players and Industrials
  • Support and Achieve channel revenue target success
  • Establish strategic relationships & appropriate business models with various system integrators and customers
  • Identify key markets for penetration and determine go-to market strategies in partnership with Ericsson Leadership
  • Drive awareness of eco-system technology alliances and channels where triangulated GTM approach with EB GCU & Ericsson customers will drive increased revenue
  • Support ongoing enablement and support of key accounts
  • Test various working models under a “fail fast “model
  • Support the ongoing management of partnerships to ensure partnerships remain healthy and deliver on their potential
  • Support any/all other efforts as they are identified throughout the process such as onsite partner/customer engagements, presentations, event attendance, etc.

  • 5+ years of experience in the Technology in partnerships, business development, sales.
  • Experience in partner benefits administration processes.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience

 

 

You might also have:

  • Experience in Financials / Contracts / Commercials with special focus on partnerships.
  • Solid base of technical understanding across Ericsson portfolio

 

Travel is required 30 - 50%
