ERP Job stage 5 - Bangalore
We are now looking for a Consultant, who will drive and/or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfilment in agreement with the Key Account Manager. In this role, you will ensure that consulting projects are fulfilled and delivered in time, at a high quality and within budget.
You will bring value to the customer by analyzing and proposing improvements on customers’ processes, operations, organization, IT or network. Consultants support short and long-term profitable business by interacting closely with our customer teams to identify new business opportunities that benefit both our customers and Ericsson.
-Should have experience of at least 2 end to end complete lifecycle implementations and atleast 1 upgrade Projects Rel 12 (12.1.3)
-Must be strong in R12 Oracle Financials (General Ledger GL, Account Payables AP, Account Receivables AR, Fixed Assets FA, Cash Management CE)
or Oracle SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Sourcing, I-modules, Advance Pricing) alongwith VCP (Demantra and ASCP)
or Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, self-service, performance management, advanced benefits, HR helpdesk, Learning mgmt., time & labor, succession planning, compensation work bench)
- Should be able to understand business requirements & functional design
-Prepare solution design document based on business requirement
-Understand Oracle E-Business Suite development terms, concepts, and documentation
- Should be quite strong in programming Oracle PL/SQL, Workflows, BI XML Publisher reports, RICE Components (Integrations, D2K Forms/Reports, Customizations, Extensions).
- Knowledge on OAF (Oracle Application Frameworks)
-Participate and drive design review and code review.
-Participate in installation, integration, and User Acceptance testing
-Should have excellent communication skills
-Should have hands on experience of Business Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Application Configuration, Prototype Design and End user training.
- Should be strong team player.
