Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Team Lead to handle a team of specialists who perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.


  • Overall in charge of end-to-end Leadership Program management and administration
  • Manage day to day operations of HR Delivery Specialists
  • Execution of Human Resources policies and processes
  • Deliver Human Resources services in the area of Talent Management
  • Provide functional expertise
  • Provide project support

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area
  • Min years of experience: 5 years
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, service oriented mind-set
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving and decision making sills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements:

  • Open to shifting schedule
  • Familiarity with shared services set-up
