We are now looking for a person with senior communications experience to lead the development and implementation of change communication within Business Area Digital Services. This role is part of the Internal Communications unit within Digital Services’ Marketing & Communication organization.
The Internal Communications unit has the global responsibility for internal communications within the Business Area, and to foster employee engagement by supporting the organization and its leaders with clear communications guidelines and communications training throughout the ongoing transformation of the organization.

 

You will be core to Digital Services transformation, supporting the two major change programs Digital Transformation and DGS::Next, as well as the Portfolio and R&D unit. This position will have to be the special advisor, coordinator and sometimes also project manager. This is a great opportunity for a person that would like to build something from scratch as this is a new role. You will set the right communication strategy, build a communication plan and support the creation of the change programs vision. In this role it is important to have the experience of successfully building communication programs, with focus on creating engagement.
 
You will collaborate closely with the Program Drivers, the Head of Portfolio and R&D, internal communications colleagues and other key stake holders.  You will report to the Head of Internal Communications, Business Area Digital Services.

 

Your responsibilities & tasks:
• Work closely with the program drivers to build the vision, messaging and story
• Build awareness, understanding and engagement for the transformation the unit is undergoing
• Creating the overarching story, the transformation, connecting to and integrating other key ongoing initiatives and explain how it all fit together
• Create a communication strategy and communication plan on how to active and engage with the workforce
• Execute on communicate plan and follow up on impact
• Act as senior advisor and thought-leader for communication and build bridges with stakeholders to enable more impact and reach
• Create a strategic approach with segmentation of audiences, channels and messages to secure reach
 
Ideally you have:
• 10 + years of experience from working with marketing/change communication/ communication in a global, complex environment, where great relationships are a   key factor.
• Experience in transformation communication
• Experience from Storytelling and creation of engaging communication
• Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills with very good stakeholder management approach
• Native level, exceptional communication skills both written and oral in English.
• Able to inspire and engage colleagues.

• Good organizing skills balanced with strategic thinking
 
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• University degree in, Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent training/experience.
