The main responsibilities include:
- Development of competence within the infrastructure and applications (including automation developers) domains
- Delivery of infrastructure operations and application operations with the right quality and cost structure
- Build-up of best-in-class IT operations using digital technologies
The GCC role is leading a team of 700+ employees and exists in three countries India, Rumania and Sweden of which India is the largest location. The role is also “site” responsible for Group IT’s all business in India which consists of more than 900 employees in 4 locations.
The focus of the role the next 12-18 months will be:
› Drive automation across all operations
› Drive up-skilling of team from traditional IT technologies to digital technologies like automation, AI, blockchain, microservices and cloud.
› Continue to drive quality and cost efficiency in the operation.
› Start implementing Agile way-of-working across GCC.
• Great team player in order to support the major transformation the IT Leadership team will be responsible for.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-country units.
• Ability to act proactive, being a change leader, Result-oriented
• Track record of delivering quick wins and long-term improvements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication capabilities.
• Understanding of the technology shift driving the digital transformation
