Position Summary

Responsibility

  • Support program and project managers’ daily work.
  • Finance Management: Generate project or feature finance reports project managers and OPOs.
  • Resource Management: Generate reports from the resource planning system, facilitate on resource forecast and correction as portfolio planner.
  • Purchase orders: Initiate and/or create and cost track POs.
  • Invoice Handling: Ensure that all invoices are received.
  • Project database: Manage information in the project database, such as Eridoc. Store documents in document system.

 
Qualifications

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Good financial skills
  • Good communication skills. Excellent in written and spoken English
