Job Summary:

We are now looking for Head of User Data Management (UDM) Subdomain who will be driving UDM Subdomain for MMEA DS Solution Area OSS, Core and Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for the capability development for the subdomain as well as managing a big and capable team who are driving the subdomain across the Market Area.  You will also ensure that there are competitive and profitable solutioning are provided and customer happiness is guaranteed at the end. The role also includes working closely with CU DS Teams, CPMs, Service Delivery Units, Global Solution Area PS Core, and Customer Support Teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

· Work closely with and secure customer contract fulfillment 

·Collaborate and maintain relationships 

·Distribute information to internal partners and call out presales and delivery Issues 

·You will stay up to date with financial data 

·Identify new business opportunities
