Objective of the Job

Develop and implement cost effective, ergonomic, efficient and safe Package solution for the Introduction of New and Transfer Product including Module and Node.

Provide Packaging support to ENC volume production and as master to the Clone/EMS factories, and drive continuous improvements in packaging area to achieve lean manufacturing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product design solutions and suggest possible improvements from packaging area.

    Develop and implement cost effective, ergonomic, efficient and safe Package solution for the Introduction of New and Transfer Product including Module and Node.

    Drive continuous Packaging improvements to achieve lean manufacturing.

    Do professional root cause analysis on the packaging failures and provide the solving solution.

    Provide consultation from technical point of view to high-level decision makers and other Ericsson organizations based on his/her competence and responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • A university diploma, or above in the area of Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, and etc

    Fundamental knowledge of Packaging Engineering and Production Engineering.

    Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

    Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.

    Good communication skill and project management skill.

    2~3 years working experience in packaging area is preferred.

    Good knowledge of Ericsson products and production process is preferred.

    Good process management knowledge and Six Sigma Yellow Belt is preferred.
