Job Summary:

We are now looking for a productive service delivery line manager, to lead a Cloud/NFVi service delivery line team in SDU-C XiAn, to provide world-class service delivery to global customers.


Responsibilities:

•Team Managment including recruitment, competence buildup, performance management etc
•Drive and motivate team for a world-class service delivery
•Custoemr engagement with Market Areas for cloud customer project setup and execution
•Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
•Alignment between service delivery strategy and daily team management work
•Look after unit finance and other operational KPIs within the team


Key Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor, M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
•Min 5 years of experience in service delivery
•Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
•Customer and market insight, especailly in Cloud area
•Excellent communicaiton skills
•Excellent leadership
•Excellent English skills
•Good team work
•Keep learning spirit
•Eixisting domain experience in E/// cloud product/solution is a plus
•Eixisting line team management experience is a plus
