Job Summary:

We are now looking for the new Head of Phase Out Management China, a key role focused on creating and ensuring Customer value and satisfaction through efficient development and management of the phase out part of PLCM.

You need to have a high self drive and feel comfortable working in a globally distributed environment, as many of the stake holders, as well as your direct manager, are located in other geographical locations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of experienced Supply Project Managers to secure efficient management of assigned product phase out projects
  • Optimize the Phase Out process to maintain a healthy product portfolio.
  • Ensure supply execution
  • Apply the supply strategy
  • Apply the supply processes

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired
  • Min 5 years of leadership experience within relevant areas
  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
  • Proven leadership behavior with a documented track record of motivating high performance teams - creating a world class working environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, verbal and written
