Ericsson Hungary is looking for Developer - IMS Support Engineer.
We are now looking for an IMS System Support Engineer to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all customer support activities such as: requirement analysis, integration, verification, simulations, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional team in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
- Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
- Perform trouble shooting and customer support
- Develop competence in technical domain
- Min. Bsc degree on Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Min 5 years of IMS related experience
- Domain experience: IMS (MTAS, CSCF and/or SBG)
- Product development knowledge
- Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
- Business understanding
- Working with people and networking
- Innovating, adapting and responding to change
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Planning and Organizing skills
