This role will be to support one of our long term, key customers – working alongside an experienced Account Manager, you will assist with preparing new offers/bids to the customer, creating negotiation and strategy for such offers. You will develop both internal and external relationships in order to actively contribute to making the customer and Ericsson successful. Excellent customer focus and problem-solving skills, so that you can devise and implement strategies to benefit the customer and have a positive and self-confident attitude
You should be a recent graduate in either Telecoms or Business but able to demonstrate a flair for sales/negotiation and most importantly customer service. Previous sales and/or customer facing experience would be beneficial.
