Business Analyst, Job stage 6
The Business Analyst (BA) will play a key role providing Business Forecast, Market Analysis and support for the Cloud & Orchestration Domain Head and unit level line managers. You will be the unit liaison for SLA, KPI, data integrity, process reporting and information distribution with the Cloud and Orchestration team. You will also provide business impact analysis for operational issues that may arise or fulfill other client service requests. The Business analyst will administer the key data and processes that operate the unit. You will manage the tracking of the financial booking of projects and product sales and be responsible for tracking renewal of support & term-base licenses. You will implement scheduled and required management reporting, produce ad-hoc executive reporting requests. You will administer the knowledge repositories and collaboration sites for the team.
- Ability to facilitate escalation support, business direction and long-range planning
- Analytical skills and experience with marketing studies and reports
- Highly motivated, results driven and passionate approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and experience with Microsoft productivity tools (SharePoint, Task Management, Scheduling)
- Excellent documentation skills including expert use of Microsoft tools, specifically: Excel (Pivots, Charts and analysis tools) and PowerPoint (Charts, Graphs and layouts)
- MBA degree or MBA program current enrollment preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a Digital Services related industry
- 3+ years of experience in business support
- Strong subject matter knowledge in Ericsson system
