Back-End Developer in Karlskrona
In this position you will engage and be part of the development of our next-gen Business Support Systems aimed at the Networked Society and 50 Billion Connected Devices. Our development center is located in Karlskrona, Sweden.

We are looking for you who want to lead in the forefront and help us shape our large-scale database solution, within our near real-time Business Support Solutions with focus on Revenue Management. Our systems are developed with industry standard technologies, geared for virtualization, cloud and container environment, with great user experience in mind.
You will join a software development organization working in all phases of the product's life cycle, including prototypes, demos, requirements specifications and analysis, design, implementation, verification and maintenance of our products. Our ways of working are based on agile principles, where Continuous Integration and Automation are corner stones in our development methodology. Working with continues improvements and product maintenance is also part of your role.
You will be part of our global development organization and interact with peers in different parts of the world.
- A Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and +2 years of work experiences in software development.
- Deep and documented competence in software programming languages, preferably Java and/or Python as well as being very familiar with industry standard frameworks like JEE, OSGi, etc.
- Competence and experience in building scalable and upgradeable software applications, using open source databases.
- Knowledge about software development tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar etc. Experience from continuous delivery and deployment environment is meriting.
- It is meriting if you can troubleshoot Linux and database environments.
- Able to present technical details adapted to different audiences.
- Experiences from Lean & Agile principles and like to work in team environment.
- Show inter-personal skills, are flexible and willing to adapt & respond to change.
- Being creative and like to find new ideas and solutions.
- We work in a global environment which means English skills are a must, and a second additional language is meriting.
