Technical Operations Support Engineer for Monetization as a Service
We are looking for a new Team member to join us on the position of Technical Operations Support Engineer for Monetization as a Service in our Waltham, MA offices.
We are looking into increasing our strong Billing and Operations team with mid to senior level Engineer.
If you have understanding of billing systems, have maybe operated, supported and even contributed into developing one, know databases and programming languages, this might just be the job for you.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar support or development role
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and Oracle within a Windows server environment on enterprise level applications
- Working knowledge of designing, writing and debugging SQL statements is a MUST
- Demonstrable analytical and technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent understanding of database table structures
- Knowledge of several programing languages and how they work
i.e.: VBscript, Powershell, C#, Java…
- 2 years working knowledge of other billing platforms a plus
- Self-sufficient and also a team player
- Command of the English language – verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Notice problems from a systemic perspective
