How can large companies succeed with disruptive innovation
Ericsson is today a market leader in mobile network solutions. For Ericsson to continue to be a market leader and competitive, innovation is crucial for future long term success. Ericsson has a strong focus on innovation and we want to develop and strengthen our innovative capabilities even further. Big companies such as Ericsson often have well-defined development processes and a well structured organization. We want to enhance and strengthen our processes and organization so that innovation becomes a natural part of our daily work.
How can large companies succeed with disruptive innovation? What are the drivers for innovation to happen from now and onwards into the future? How do you do “Innovation Management” into the next decade? What drives innovators?
Analyze the situation and based on findings and the latest theory and technology define a “toolbox for innovation”, define needed mind-set changes and define impact on current processes and organization. A set of examples or case studies can be one way to visualize.
It is strongly preferred to have two students working as a team to be successful with this thesis
