Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D 
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing 
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
  • Support CU’s/KAM’s organizations with Sales’ rationale and negotiations
  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support the MA in responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.
  • Prepare detailed responses to Statement of Compliance
  • Prepare efforts & cost estimations including providing automation efficiencies wherever possible for all MSIT & ADM offerings
  • Support the MA/CU/KAM to prepare risk register & risk estimation
  • Ensure that all solutions include the readiness plan & cost
  • Prepare delivery model & assumptions list
  • Handle multiple projects & Coach Solution Architects with best possible solution.
  • Get Delivery approvals for solutions proposed
  • Support MA and/or SA with Business Case preparation
  • Support MA & MSDM with WLA/SLA documentation
  • Prepare & get approval for Change Requests
  • Should be available to travel to customer site for meetings, presentations, due-diligence when required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have a qualification to Bachelor degree level or equivalent in Engineering/IT/Telecom Operations
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 to 10 years experience in Managed Services (Sales, Solution)
  • Domain experience:  Cloud/Infrastructure Operations, Application Development & Maintenance, Application Modernization, SDN/NFV Operations, BSS, OSS, Analytics, Automation, AI/ML, etc..
  • Experience from work as an Integration Engineer, Software Developer, Solution Architect.
  • A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: 
  • Excellent understanding of different Telecom services offered and its task list. Should have a good understanding of the following ITIL processes: Fault, Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.
