Job Summary:

 

We are now looking for a Test Engineer to develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment and tools according to production rules. Another key area of work is introduction of new products into production (NPI and TPI)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as bridge between Production Test Development and Supply, from test technical perspective
  • Provide test technical support in New Product Introduction, Transfer Product Introduction to/from other Ericsson Supply Sites (including EMS)
  • Lead the failure analysis for test failed in-house production and in manufacturing process (including Not Fault Found)
  • Taking active part in SW & HW installation, verifications and maintenance
  • Continuously improve test productivity in the whole manufacturing process including test time reduction, test yield and test equipment availability and stability improvement
  • Analyze and figure out critical faults using statistics tools

 

Skills and Knowledge

 

  • University degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Experience at least in one of following areas such as Transceiver, Antenna, Filter of Power Amplifier
  • Proficient with operation of RF instruments
  • Programming skills is a plus
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English
  • Good accountability, open mind, learning capacity, team working spirit and problem solving attitude
