网络规划和优化技术及解决方案销售支持经理

 

工作概要

    在售前,客户投标和项目交付的各个阶段,用专业的网络规划和优化服务解决方案支持销售团队完成销售任务。

    通过将市场趋势,技术发展和客户的需求,利用专业的技术能力和丰富的服务经验,将需求转化为详细的技术解决方案或服务建议,来增加爱立信可盈利业务的销售,从而体现出爱立信作为一个移动通信领域思想和技术的领导者。

在售前,竞标和执行阶段,网络规划和优化服务销售支持经理将负责给国内运营商的总部和各个省级的爱立信销售团队和执行团队,提供专业的服务方案和咨询,包括定制化服务方案,客户谈判参与,技术投标文件准备、SOC澄清和挖掘出更多的商业机会等。

角色和职责

  • 与爱立信服务销售部门和服务执行部门深入合作,推动网络规划和优化的业务增长。
  • 作为资深服务技术方案专家与客户进行深入的讨论。
  • 根据需要,完成公司内部和外部客户的服务技术方案研讨会。
  • 能够和客户公司高层经理,包括首席技术官和首席信息官等共同交流探讨爱立信的服务技术战略并提供建议咨询。
  • 根据市场需要和技术发展,结合爱立信产品特点,及时更新或者创新网络规划网络优化相关的服务方案,并完成相关市场推广材料。

能力要求

这个角色将有助于中国大陆的爱立信网络规划和优化业务的成功,候选人应具备以下的技能:

 

  • 了解电信市场发展趋势,熟悉国内电信市场环境,了解网优服务市场。可以作为资深服务方案专家参与网规网优服务销售的售前、招投标和服务执行整个过程。
  • 了解端到端的电信领域技术知识,可以涉及厂家设备、传输、无线和核心网,以及应用业务领域,希望有涉及IP,数据库和大数据领域。
  • 具备丰富的网络优化实际操作经验,以及带领团队完成网优服务项目的实际经验。
  • 较强的表达、沟通和咨询能力,并具备较强的说服和影响力。
  • 善于达成交付结果并满足客户期望。
  • 喜欢创造与创新。
  • 能够独立完成售前支持工作并适应出差。

资格和经验

  • 通信或相关专业本科以上学历
  • 至少10年的经验,在通信行业端到端性能优化或无线优化项目中具有良好的记录
  • 有丰富的爱立信或同等公司网络规划和优化销售或解决方案经验
  • 对网络优化领域有深入透彻了解并有大量与客户在现场一起工作的经验。
