Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Field Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of Field Service activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering.  When in site activities need to be performed, you will work ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. 

 

Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Corrective Maintenance Execution to meet SLA
  • Site Facility Management 
  • Site Information Management 
  • Third party supervision 
  • Service Activation/Deactivation – On-site 
  • Preventive Maintenance Execution 
  • Spare part handling 
  • Physical Site Access Management 
  • Working at Heights
  • Antenna System Maintenance

 

Key Attributes: 

  • Experience in radio system test tools and maintaining 24 / 7 online systems
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Operations Practice 
  • Knowledge sharing and Collaboration skills 
  • Apptitude to Work at Heights
  • Team focused
  • Availability to work in oncall rotational 24 / 7 roster,  1 week in 4.
  • Any knowledge in the below is an advantage to this application
    • Trunked Radio,
    • IT basic computing and networking
    • RF point to point links 
    • LTE
    • Microwave
    • Rigging
