Job Summary:

We are now looking for an ICT Manager, who will be responsible for delivering commercially packet core project for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson according to the project specifications in Tim, Cost and budget. ICT manager is also expected to have packet core network technical experiences (in either design presales or deliver or both).

 

Responsibilities:

The ICT Manager drives large and complex Professional Services engagements towards Ericsson’s customers. The ICT  Manager supports the KAM with extensive technical knowledge. By taking on both the CSR and CFR role, the ICT  Manager is the overall responsible for the Core 3 team, especially for:

- The overall solution

- The overall cost estimation

- The delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources)

Once the deal is won, the ICT  Manager is the head of the delivery, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from presales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives since these s often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.

 

In addition to the pre-sales and delivery activities, there are more tasks assigned to the ICT  Manager, such as:

  • Building a strong Customer Relationship at Manager/GM-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.). Daily presence at customer site, becoming a sort of Ericsson “agent” at the customer premise to increase the customer’s trust in Ericsson as a system integrator.
  • Driving up-sales opportunities
  • Coaching the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
  • Supporting asset and organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the s driven.

 

What your daily works will be :

  • Engage with key customer decision makers, present technology impact on business values, create new/enhance end customer services/user experience, Manager/General Manager-level presentation.
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, technical lead for internal & external share holder.
  • Lead technical RFx process, with virtual tender team. Lead a virtual/local team on delivering offshored based projects. Deal negotiation supporting AMs with customer procurement.
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
  • Lead a presales team in HW/SW dimensioning, Services costing, 3PP costing, running Demo, PoC.
  • Lead a delivery team in a local/virtual team. Customer negotiation, UAT, bring add on sales.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/IT. Master degree/MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years in packet core network delivery, with total 10 years of minimum professional career in telco industry. These are mandatory.
  • Domain experience expected :  IP Transport/Core, PS Core network, MVV is an advantage
  • Experience from technical job roles is required: System Integrator, System Analyst, Technical/Solution Architect.
  • Experience in past Hands On Cloud implementation of vEPC & vIMS. Hands on  experience of RHOSP, vSphere(vSAN,esxi,vCSA,VCD) is an advantage.
  • Key technical certifications of multiple domain : Cisco/Juniper networking, IP/Datacenter, Core(CS/PS/IMS) telecom is an advantage. PMP certification is an advantage.
