Job Description

We are now looking for a Customer Support engineer to Microwave products . The responsibility of this role will be including all customer support activities such as: CSR Handling, Product Introduction, Technical Trial etc. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ericsson microwave and router products CSR handling
  • Perform microwave and router product introduction activity
  • Perform  microwave network migration activity, especially ML-TN to ML66XX
  • Internal/external technical workshop  

Key Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years Ericsson microwave product related working experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skill for both node and network level
  • Rich hands-on experience of microwave products
  • Excellent customer management and communication skill
  • English can be working language

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • ETCP Microwave professional certification

  • JNCIE/JNCIP/CCIE/CCNP or equivalent certification
