Position Summary:

Own the Global and Market Area (MA) Supply plan for Core Products including Flexibility Requirement, to enable the dimensioning of resources to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost, and capital.

•Lead & Facilitate the S&OP Process including scenario analysis with planning principles & methodology
•Set and monitor the Global, MA, Production site/platform or local plan over specified time periods and planning points , operate Collaborative Planning through supply chain
•Proposes capacity investments.
•Execute Inventory Optimization
•Performance & Improvement Management
•Create & Communicate Supply Chain Plans
Provide Capability & Consequence Analysis

Position Qualifications:

  • •Education: University or above, 3~5 min years of experience
    •Domain experience: Supply Chain Management
    •Experience from logistics and/or production, supply and global logistics
    •Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis.
    •Excellent collaborative leadership with proactive initiatives
    •Excellent communication and presentation skills with English/Chinese
