Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Hard Ware Assembly and Test resource to produce boards, modules, nodes, cables or other products according to standardized workmanship in all phases of the Product Life Cycle (PLC). Also, to add value in the early phases of PLC by providing product and process feedback to stakeholders. To play an active role in ensuring product quality, screening and performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shooting and repair Ericsson products with high quality and low cost
  • Work as first line support to solve the problem timely and proactively
  • Good Feedback and communications with engineers for any quality problems
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and learning, drive for improvement

Key Qualifications:

  • College degree with electronics and communication background
  • Familiar with the circuit diagram, such as radio products
  • 2+ year trouble shooting experience in electric products
  • Good knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • Must have high engagement and continuous learning awareness.
