Job Summary:

Would you like to work with the latest in Mobile Network SW development?
We are now looking for a SW Manager to join our team!

 

Our focus is to secure Ericsson technology leadership in next generation for 4G/5G Mobile Networks and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Manager in our SW Development unit you will be responsible for 3 cross functional teams. You will coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture. You will be part of the sector leadership team and cooperate with colleagues in Sweden and our sites in Poland and China.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be expected to drive technology and product leadership
  • Building and developing 3 cross functional SW teams
  • Flow optimization
  • Innovation and improvements
  • Knowledge sharing and learning

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: BsC/MsC in SW engineering or similar
  • Min years of experience: 5 in leader role
  • Domain experience in Mobile Networks, especially Radio Access is a plus
  • Experience in SW development principles
  • Strong and proven ability to co-operate well
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Formulating and communicating strategies and concepts
